Is my Steel Dragon Jewelry transaction secure?
Yes, Steel Dragon transactions are completely secure. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certification. In order to complete your order and allow you to track it, we collect some personal information from you when you make an order. We use strong security measures to ensure the security of your information once it is in our records. We do not store credit card information.
What is your product availability?
We make every effort to get your order out as quickly as we possibly can. You order will usually ship within 1-3 business days. In many cases, your order will be shipped the same day.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
Yes. You will receive an email notification immediately following your order and another notification once your product has shipped.
What are your shipping methods?
We use United States Postal Service to ship all orders.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For the United States we ship for free via standard USPS and your order should arrive between 2-5 business days after shipment.
Outside the US we offer 1st Class International Shipping for $17.00 which can take 1-3 weeks to arrive.
International Priority Mail for $25.00 which takes 6-10 business days.
Do you accept rush orders?

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been processed and shipped, you may change or cancel it by contacting us using form on the contact page or calling 800-584-4301 anytime. We will get back to you within 24 hours if you email or leave a message.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, all our jewelry is shipped in an attractive box with a nifty silver foil sticker of our logo…the eye our mascot, Smudge the Dragon. He claims this is almost like gift wrapping, but it really isn’t.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No. We make all our jewelry. Every piece you see in our store is a custom design and is copyrighted by our company. You won’t see our jewelry anywhere else, and we don’t sell it anywhere but here on our website. The price you pay on our website is the lowest price we offer; about half of what you might expect to pay for a custom stainless steel jewelry design with a handcrafted glass ornament.
What if I find an error on your website?
We do our best to make sure that the images, descriptions, and prices are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the error. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.
Can I advertise on your site?
No, at this time, Steel Dragon Jewelry does not accept advertising.
Do you exchange links with other reputable sites?
Yes, but only at our discretion. If you are interested in exchanging links, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.
What if my package has been damaged during shipment?
We take great care to ensure that your order will arrive safely once it leaves us. Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Upon receipt of your order, any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on your delivery receipt as “Damaged Packages” before you sign for receipt of your order. Make all claims directly with the carrier that delivered your package. We will ensure that damaged products are replaced in a timely manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt of your order will result in denial of the claim.
What if my package is refused or undelivered?
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
What is your refund policy?
Steel Dragon Jewelry does everything we can to ensure you are happy with your jewelry purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. If your order included free shipping, we will deduct those shipping charges from the refund amount. To return your order, you must obtain a return authorization number and send your order back to us in its original packaging. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. We must receive the return within 14 days of the issuance of your return authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse any returns and exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
